How to use the Soft/Hard Biscuit Production Line:
(1) The machine can be used after the test run is normal. Before the formal use, the operator should be familiar with and master the structure and adjustment methods of the machine, which is beneficial to operation and maintenance.
(2) Operation process
A. The structure of this machine is relatively complex and is a large-scale equipment. Therefore, the number of operators is generally about 1-2 people, and there must be an operator who understands the operation.
B. Before driving, check and clear whether tools and sundries are stored on the working surface of the machine, change the biscuit mold, start the machine, adjust the speed, and then start unwinding production.
C. Wipe the canvas belt with a towel before loading, and then evenly feed the mixed dough into the hopper, squeeze and roll it through the roller, and automatically transport it into the oven for baking after demoulding.
d. It is common to use conveyor belts to deviate. The machine has an automatic deflection device that can be used for automatic correction. In short, the use of this machine is played, and the operator is lazy to understand and master the structure and performance of the machine. The proficiency of the operation is related to the operation technology.
How to maintain Soft/Hard Biscuit Production Line?
(1) The crushed powder and various oily dirt on the machine should be removed every day. After each use, the inside and outside of the biscuit mould should be washed and cleaned, covered and stored for later use.
(2) The lubrication of the machine should be increased and changed frequently, and the reducer oil (No. 40 oil) should be changed regularly. The chute guide should be oiled 1-2 times every shift, and the rolling bearing should be replaced every six months.
(3) The machine should be overhauled and maintained regularly. After the machine is stopped, the rubber canvas belt should be loosened to fit the mold. If the machine is shut down for a long time, the conveyor belt should be relaxed and the machine should be covered. Special personnel should be responsible for maintenance.
