Flow-wrap machines seal biscuits in flexible films, ideal for single-serve portions. For bulk packaging, cartoning systems fold and glue boxes around stacks of biscuits. Advanced models incorporate features like date coding, tamper-evident seals, and resealable closures, enhancing consumer convenience and shelf appeal. 

Innovation and Sustainability 

As technology advances, so does biscuit making equipment. Manufacturers are increasingly focusing on sustainability, developing energy-efficient ovens and recyclable packaging solutions. Smart sensors and IoT integration enable real-time monitoring of production parameters, reducing downtime and improving yield. Customization options are also expanding, allowing businesses to experiment with new shapes, textures, and flavors to meet evolving consumer preferences.
