The automatic biscuit production line, as its name implies, is a whole assembly line of biscuits under the action of a series of biscuit machines. The full-automatic biscuit production line is controlled by stepless speed regulation, with high degree of automation and stable quality. The biscuit one-time molding machine can form different types of soft biscuits (fat biscuits). The routine maintenance of the automatic biscuit production line focuses on cleaning, lubrication, inspection and fastening. Routine maintenance shall be carried out as required during and after the operation of the machine.

1. The first level maintenance is carried out on the basis of routine maintenance.

The key work of the automatic biscuit production line is to lubricate, fasten and check all relevant parts and their cleaning.

2. The secondary maintenance shall focus on inspection and adjustment.

Check the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission components, steering and braking components.

3. The third level maintenance focuses on detecting, adjusting, removing hidden troubles and balancing the wear degree of each component.

The parts that affect the performance of the equipment and the parts with fault signs shall be diagnosed, tested and checked for status, so as to complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting.

Seasonal maintenance refers to the inspection and repair of power system, conveying system, air compression system, control system and other components of packaging machinery and equipment every summer and before winter.

Out of service maintenance refers to cleaning, cosmetic surgery, supporting, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion work when packaging machinery and equipment need to be out of service for a period of time due to seasonal factors.

No matter how good the performance of mechanical equipment is, it needs regular maintenance after a long time, so that it can run production better and operate the equipment more easily.
