Cake production line is the process of making large quantities of baked goods, like muffins, cupcakes, sponge cakes and swiss rolls. It uses various machines to ensure all of the ingredients are mixed correctly and the product is baked in a clean, controlled environment.
Food processing filters are used to help remove any impurities and unwanted materials from the mixture before it is used to create the final product.
Process
Cake production on an industrial scale is a complicated process that requires a variety of functional equipment. One of the most important parts of this process is mixing all the ingredients, which is done by a commercial mixer. Food processing filters are also used during this process to ensure that the mixture is free of lumps, clumps, and other unsavory items.
Once the mixture has been properly mixed, it is poured into a mold. This mold is then taken through an automatic oven. The temperature and humidity of the oven are carefully regulated to produce a specific result for each type of cake. During the rising process, the crust is sprayed with water to prevent it from cracking.
The cakes are then cooled down and then injected with various creams and jams, or sprinkled with different decorations. Once they are fully injected and decorated, the cakes are then sterilized and put into packaging. This process can be made more efficient by using a fully automated forming line that can quickly change formats.
Equipment
This is a complete line for making swiss roll, muffin, cupcake and sliced cakes. It has a high degree of automation, which is safe and stable in operation. It uses imported electrical components and intelligent PLC touch screen control system to prevent misoperation. It has Chinese and English alarm display, and advanced PID temperature control system to ensure high product quality.
The machine can produce a variety of different shapes, such as round type, cylinder type and square type. It can also produce various fillings. Its mold plates are made of stainless steel. The machine is controlled by an automatic computer system, and all parts that contact the food are made of non-stick materials.
After baking, the cakes are cooled and removed from their molds with a cupcake cooling and demolding machine. They are then topped with icing or frosting, and packaged into boxes for sale. The icing and frosting can be applied using a single or multiple depositors with spraying, strewing or decorating nozzles. These machines are modular, and extra conveyors can be added to suit production expansion.
